In India, its festive and vibrant around this time of the year with festival of Navratri and Diwali just around the corner.
I feel its gotta be traditional, colourful and embellished !!

For the neck ....

Leather neck tie ups. They adorn the neck beautifully , very young and fresh. These are to be worn with off shoulder , halter -tops/dresses.
